Deadlifts, pull-ups, box jumps

Yesterday's workout:

Deadlift 5-5-3-3-1-1-1
125-135-145-155-165-175-missed 185#

5 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 box jumps

4:38.  Just did this to get some practice on those two movements with a little bit of time urgency.
