Community knitting and a birthday

Yesterday's workout (on my own):

6X3 Deadlift at 145#

5 rounds of:
1 snatch 70#
3 pull-ups
5 box jumps 20"
20 double unders

(no idea what my time was since the clock got reset)

Yesterday was also Community Knitting at Shuttles.   I turned in my finished summer project (hat and vest set) with coordinating long sleeve t-shirts.  Cute!  I hope they keep some kiddos in need warm!

 Speaking of kiddos, this one had a birthday yesterday.   

He has grown so much from the tiny baby we took home from the hospital a year ago.  He's full of fun and personality and he brings so much to my life.  It is a joy to watch him grow up.  Happy birthday, Alek!
