2 Oly workouts

Wednesday's Oly class:
4 rounds of 3 squat snatches from the floor:
1 pausing at high hang
1 pausing below the knee
1 no pause
45-50-55-60#

then 3 rounds of the same at 65#

then 3 single squat snatches at 70#

then 4 rounds of:
run 150
5 squat snatches 55#

I was grumpy about the running, but it was a good workout.  Took me 9:42 and I wasn't sprinting but trying to keep moving and maintain good form.

Jerks from the rack
2 sets of 5
45-55#
2 sets of 3
60-65#
2 doubles
70-75#
4 singles
80-85-90-missed 95#

then AMRAP in 8:00
3 split jerks 55#
3 front squats
3 pull-ups

(got 5 rounds plus 3 plus 3)
