Going overhead

Today in strength class we went overhead:

5-5-5 Strict press
45-45-45#

3-3-3 Push press
50-55-60#

1-1-1-1-1 Push jerk
65-70-75-75-75#

I deliberately stayed pretty light to protect my separated abs.  Tried for really good form.  It went well!  Everything felt good.  I really like strength class.
