Coming up: The Colorado Open 2011

Tomorrow we head down to Denver so that Mike can compete in the 2011 Colorado Open. The workouts for Saturday have been posted:

Workout #1

5 rounds for time of:

10 back squats, 205 lbs (135 lbs)
10 pullups, chin over
150 meter run

Workout #2

3 rounds for time of:

10 stone shoulders, 115 lbs (70 lbs)
50 double-unders

Float Workout #3

1000 meter row

All good events for Mike. We'll try to get his game-day nutrition dialed and I will work on getting him to not stress out so much! I can't believe I did this competition last year. It seems like a lifetime ago. This year I will be cheering and also sitting in a chair and knitting. I'll try to find a good portable project or projects to work on!
