Trying to keep moving

Yesterday's workout:

Warm-up:
20 air squats
3X10 KB snatches each arm 8 kg

5X12 KB deadlifts 24 kg
5X5 back squat 45# bar
5X5 press 45# bar

I was a total zombie when I walked in there, but the workout gave me a bit of energy. Not much (or much weight) I can still do, but it's enough to keep me moving. I just tried to focus on good form and lots of deep(ish) breaths.

While I was there someone thanked me (and all women) for doing the hard work of perpetuating the species. No problem.
