Finally Friday

So glad it's Friday. This week seemed pretty long, with a lot of ups and downs, but I made it through.

I had a bunch of rants I was saving up for the blog, but I can't seem to remember any of them today. Next week, I guess.

Today's Workout:


4 circuits of:

double KB clean and jerk 12 kg
ring pull-up/inverted pike
decline cable press
seated cable row
Turkish get-up 12 kg
hammer (barbell)
rest

Then climbed for a while. Only made it halfway up a really overhung 5.10, but that's understandable given that I burned myself out in the weight room first! I'll come back for that route, it will be a fun one when I'm fresh.

Heading to Beaver Creek this weekend. Looking forward a change of scenery/terrain and a nice dinner at Vin48 in Avon.
