Lifting and lifting


My back has been sore from deadlifts on Monday, so I skipped the WOD yesterday and stuck to lifting that didn't require me to pick weight up off the ground:

Hang cleans 35-55-65-75, alternating power and squat cleans
Hang snatches 35-55, alternating power and squat snatches
Push press 35-55 (sets of 5) -65-70 (sets of 3)

Today's WOD was also lifting:

Front squat + jerk
1-1-1-1-1

85-95-105-115---

then 12-9-6 at 66% (85#)

Front squat was shaky because I'm still babying my back a bit. But I PR'd my jerk by 5 pounds today, now at 115#. Yay!
