The broad jump burpee is back

Today's WOD:

deadhang pull-up ladders:
1-2-3
1-2-3
1-2

then

3 rounds for time of:

10 front squats 55#
10 kettlebell swings each arm 12 kg
broad jump burpees down and back
5 HSPU

My time: 11:18. That was a Lucinda special! Good one!

I wish I had some exciting knitting pictures for you, but this weekend I just worked a ton on the log cabin blanket and it looks pretty much the same. I love this blanket but I am starting to hate this blanket. I will throw a party when it is finished. And a couple years later, when I've recovered, I'm knitting one for myself!
