Went to weightlifting last night and it went very well. I haven't been in to work just on technique for a while, but the break seemed to help quite a bit. Form felt good, and I stayed pretty light with the weights so I could move fast. Did hang power snatch up to 65#, hang power cleans up to 85#, then some jerks off the rack up to 85#. My plan is to go in for weightlifting at least one evening a week for the next couple of months. Work on building confidence in my technique so I can eventually get my numbers up.
