Back home, back to the gym

Today's WOD:

For 20:00 add one rep every round of:

Pull-ups
Burpees
Box jumps 20"
At completion of each round do one deadlift at 85% 1RM

(AMRAP)

I got 9 rounds plus 8 pull-ups. Did the first three rounds at 175# but had to take it down to 165# because my form was getting bad and I didn't want to hurt my back.

It was a good first workout back - very painful!

Also, I'm back in my house! We got in Sunday afternoon. It was a rough week and I'm very relieved to be home. I'm also very grateful to everyone who housed us, helped us, and offered to house/help us. People are truly generous.
