10 Reasons to Love Bacon
- It's delicious.
- It's healthy (no, really!).
- It makes other things taste great.
- You don't need a huge amount to really enjoy it.
- Taste scales with quality (nitrate-free, humanely raised, etc.).
- It is easy to make.
- It is gourmet...
- but not pretentious.
- It is easy to find (diners!).
- It is a vegetable.

Today's WOD:
Clean and jerk 1-1-1-1-1
95-100-105-110-failed on 115
then
5 rounds for time of:
25# overhead walking plate lunges 15 steps
15 burpees
My time: 11:30. I thought I might get a PR on clean and jerk today, but nope. The 110 went up so easy. Next time I'll get 115.

Hooray for bacon! It makes everything tasty, so powerful and all-pervasive is its unfailing deliciousness. Nice job on the clean and jerks - that was a tough one today.
