75 snatches for time 50#

My time: 9:15. I was supposed to do 45# but I didn't add right, so I ended up just 5 pounds under prescribed. It's so darn many reps, though, I think every 5 pounds makes a difference! Hands are torn up. Ouch! I guess I get the weekend to heal up.

I'm tired! This was a hard week. Tomorrow is the FCF picnic, looking forward to hanging out with gym friends and NOT doing something exhausting and painful.
