2. Deadlift 6X2 at 180#
Snatches went okay, happy with the deadlifts. Today I can't make the strength class, so I went in this morning and did the WOD instead.
55-65-70-failed on 75 (a bunch of attempts)
3 rounds for time of:
21 KB swings 24/16kg
My time: 14:14. The last round of running was more like a shuffle/stumble. Terrible stitch and could barely move. But I did the swings in unbroken sets. I beat my time from the last time I did Helen in March (14:37) but did not beat my PR of 13:56 from December.
No PR on the press. Stuck on that. My least favorite lift.
