Summer Strength Day 5

1. Back squats 6X3 at 115-125#
2. Clean and jerk 3X3 at 85#
3. Form work on clean and jerk at 85-95#

After tonight I'll be halfway through the strength program! It's going well and I'm making progress, on form at least. The hardest part has been focusing on the strength and form, without getting wrapped up in how I'm doing compared to other people and not driving myself crazy about missing the WODs. Patience and focus! Obviously I'm pretty focused on the results, but I'm also trying to embrace the process. After all, I'm there to learn and grow, not just to put certain numbers up on the board.
