My time: 10:33. This is actually a scaled version of a scaled version of Fausto, but it didn't really bear much resemblance to that infamous WOD. I hated scaling it so much, but it was a sprint at least. The burpees and pull-ups went well, the box jumps and wall ball less well, but overall, not bad.
Today Mike is getting his hair cut, first time in over 3 years! If you're lucky, you might get some pictures. Stay tuned...
