WOD: Thrusters and C2B pull-ups

Today's WOD:

Max reps deadlift 275/180#

I got 5 reps before the bar fell out of my hands. Thought I'd be lucky to get 2 or 3, so W00T!


3 rounds for time of:

10 thrusters 65# (85# Rxd)
10 C2B pull-ups

My time: 8:45. And I did an extra pull-up, miscounted and did 11 on the first round, oops. Tough workout! Tough week! But I think it ended on a good note. Snowboarding tomorrow, probably the last day of the season (unless I decide to try out Arapahoe Basin, which stays open through June). Gonna shred it!
