WOD: Push press, burpees, and double unders
3 rounds for time of:
7 push press 65# (85# Rxd)
50 double unders
My time: 11:08. Felt very very yucky afterwards. Also worked on muscle-ups. Not sure if I'll ever get them, I don't seem to be making any progress.
I don't mean to be a downer, so here is a bunny hiding behind a broom.
