My time: 11:24. I need to force myself to jog on the sandbag carry! I kept psyching myself out and walking instead. The snatches were a good weight, not enough to freak me out, but a little heavier than the usual WOD weight. And the 110# jerk was a new PR! Yay!
Taking tomorrow off from the WOD (it's been a tough week so far!) and doing weightlifting in the evening.
