A Team of One

Today's workout was supposed to be a team workout, to help our team formulate a strategy for the Affiliate Cup triplet WOD at the Regional Games on Friday. The Games WOD is:

50 muscle ups
200 OHS 95/65#
Row 3000 meters

split up however you want among two men and two women.

However, I showed up to the Monday-morning-nobody-ever-comes-to-this-class class today, and so I was a team of one. My WOD:

50 pull-ups
50 OHS 55#
row 1500

split up however I wanted. I ended up doing:

20 pull-ups
20 OHS
row 500
10 pull-ups
10 OHS
10 pull-ups
10 OHS
row 500
10 pull-ups
10 OHS
row 500

and it took me 18:29. Pretty grueling. The pull-ups right after the row were the hardest part. Not sure this was the best way to split it up, but I don't know what I would have done differently.

This weekend, my dad sent me this link from Surviving the World:

Is that how you justify it?
