Deadlift 5X3 at 165#
3 rounds for time of:
Snatch 95/65# 15 reps
Muscle-ups 5 reps (substitute 10 pull-ups and 15 push-ups)
My time: 14:48, with the pull-up/push-up substitute. I struggled with the snatches. My form felt all over the place and so they were very tiring. No wheezing though.
