My time: 7:48. I've done this WOD a couple of times before, once about a year ago, and it took 10:04, and once just two months ago, and it took 8:06. I'm happy with the improvement! I was hoping to do the 16 kg bell today, but when it came down to it, I couldn't face a Friday slog after such a hard week. And also, ouchy hands.
