squat clean and jerk 85# 30 reps
My time: 10:24. The WOD was actually "Heavy Grace", which is 155/100# Rx'd. But 85# is over 80 percent of my max clean and jerk, so it was plenty heavy for me! And since it was heavy Grace, Tim made me do squat cleans, which I find way harder than power cleans. Next time I'm sure I'll beat ten minutes if I do regular Grace with power cleans. Just leaving room for improvement!

Here's another Olympic-motivated finished project. A mistake rib (or maybe corrugated rib?) scarf made with undyed handspun alpaca that my mom gave me. It's nice and long and skinny, very lightweight with a fuzzy halo. I think it's kind of rustic and sophisticated at the same time.
We have a beautiful sunny day today. I even heard birds singing! I'm going to try to get outside and enjoy the warmth and the sunshine. I'm not ready to be finished with snowboarding season, but I am ready for spring! Oh so torn!
