WOD: Double Under Helen

A curious bunny and a camera shy bunny. They look so alike, yet they are so different.

Today's WOD:

5 rounds of 1-2-3(-4)(-5) handstand pushups
(I did 5/5/3/3/4)


Double Under Helen:

3 rounds for time of:

50 double unders
21 KB swings 24/16kg
12 pull-ups

My time: 11:16, 50 seconds better than the last time I did this workout (in October). The pull-ups went pretty well but I definitely struggled with the double unders. Just couldn't string very many of them together. The handstand push-ups were difficult, but on my singles and doubles, I was getting good range of motion. I think I'm about an inch and a half from the floor.
