WOD: Burpees and double unders

Today's WOD: Sid's birthday workout

For time:

10 burpees
50 double unders
15 burpees
40 double unders
20 burpees
30 double unders
25 burpees
20 double unders
30 burpees
10 double unders

My time: 17:44. Wow, I felt bad for a while after this one. The increasing burpees are tough to get through.

Happy 21st, Sid! You're going to love this workout, whenever you sober up enough to do it.
