So I'm finally getting around to posting.
Yesterday's Travel WOD:
3 rounds of:
20 dumbbell push press (10# DB)
Not a typical travel WOD, but my parents have a C2 rower. I don't know what my time was, but that was a pretty hard workout. And guess what? My dad did the workout with me, only slightly modified. He did really well! It was very tough, and he's never done a CrossFit style workout before, but he gutted it through to the finish.
By the way, I've been to Wegman's (grocery chain owned by Whole Foods) twice in two days now. I really wish we had Wegman's in Colorado. That place is awesome.
