DEFEAT with Pinky and the Brain

Today's Crazy Pinky and the Brain Challenge WOD: "DEFEAT":

Dianne: 13-9-5 HSPU and deadlifts 105# (155# Rx'd)
Run 200 m
Elizabeth: 13-9-5 ring dips (subbed push-ups) and cleans 85# (95# Rx'd)
Run 200 m
Fran: 13-9-5 thrusters 55# (65# Rx'd) and pull-ups
Run 200 m
Eva: 75 pull-ups and 75 KB swings 16 kg (split into sets of 15)
Run 200 m
Annie: 30-20-10 double unders and sit-ups
Run 200 m
Tommy: 13-9-5 thrusters 55# (75# Rx'd) and 2-2-2 rope climbs
Run 200 m

I was DEFEATed. Couldn't finish Tommy because I can't do rope climbs, and I tried to sub 10-for-1 pull-ups but ripped on the third pull-up and had to call it a day. I got 13 thrusters and 3 pull-ups on the Tommy portion and then skipped to the run. The whole effort took me around 52 minutes, I think. The boys did 400 m runs, so I scaled that too. Still, I was the only girl dumb enough to do a Pinky and the Brain WOD. :) It actually wasn't that bad because I scaled it, and I had to take a lot of breaks in the Eva portion to let my forearms recover. An interesting endeavor.

Tomorrow I'm climbing in the morning, doing the Russian squat routine at noon, and maybe a WOD, depending on how I'm feeling. And I might have some interesting bunny-related news tomorrow. Stay tuned.
