Double kettlebell clean and jerk (two 12 kg bells)
I got through that fine, but then:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Front squat 85# (105# Rx'd)
My time: 13:56. This was just awful. Really really awful. I felt like puking the entire time. Didn't even think I'd be able to finish it. I was so glad when it was over. I never ever want to do anything resembling this workout again.
