I wanted to use 70#, but I just couldn't get my form right in the warm-up, so I kept dropping down in weight and finally did the workout with just 55#. Still not great form. I guess there are just days like that.
I'm in kind of a bad mood about work, so rather than write anything, I'll just post some pictures of wildflowers in my yard.
