WOD: Deadlifts, running, and heavy thrusters


For time:
20 Deadlifts 135#
Run 800 meters
15 thrusters 65#

My time: 10:10. (135/65# scaled down from a very heavy 200/90#). This was a pretty heavy one for me. The most frustrating part was the deadlifts. I just couldn't seem to do very many in a row without having to set the bar down, and they took a long time. The run wasn't too bad, and thrusters are always bad but they seemed to go by quickly at least.
