WOD: Wall Ball and Deadlifts

I did 7 rounds even. The deadlifts were supposed to be body weight, but I was feeling very woozy and yucky so I went a little under (87% BW). Have been feeling sleepy and woozy lately. I'm trying to eat more frequently. Maybe I need a bigger breakfast. I still think I'm just adjusting to a dramatically different way of eating. I'll give it more time.
Gonna take tomorrow and Sunday off from CrossFit, but I hope to go for a hike this weekend, if the weather stays nice. Maybe I'll actually remember my camera.
