WOD: Kettlebells and Jumping Pull-ups
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Kettlebell snatch 12 kg
My time: 19:24. Made my goal of beating 20 minutes. The kettlebells weren't too bad, but the jumping pull-ups just about killed me. I wish I could have done the 16 kg, but I have some form issues to work out first, I think. I can still only do a few with that weight. I went to the 7:30 class today so I wouldn't have to miss work. It's a very quiet class!
Work is insane. I shouldn't even be writing this post. Gaaahhh.
