WOD: Snatch and SDHP

Today's WOD:

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat snatch 48#
SDHP 48#

Time: 21:33. Tried to do 53# but had a huge mental block. (Get under the bar!) That was kind of a mental grind. I will probably go back this evening for weightlifting class to work with Mark on form.
