WOD: Julie's Birthday Workout

Today's WOD: Julie's Birthday Workout

5 rounds for time of:

10 pull-ups (1-band)
15 burpees
20 kettlebell snatch, 10 each arm 12 kg
Run 200

My time: 28:17. Not great, but I was feeling kind of nauseous today, so I was glad I made it through. Those burpees were the worst. I get so psychologically beaten down by them. It's not just that they're tiring - I don't know if it's a coordination thing, but I feel like such a clod doing them. Like my body gets in its own way. Wish I could figure out how to do them more efficiently - it would improve my times on so many workouts.

Another big writing/editing day at work - I hope I can get through that too!
