WOD: The Chief

Today's WOD: The Chief

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 power cleans, 63#
6 pushups
9 squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

I got 16 1/3 rounds. Should have done more weight, it felt too light. I had a hard time really pushing myself, I kept feeling dizzy when getting up from the push-ups. My push-ups are getting better, but they still need a lot of work. I may start a 50-day full-ROM push-up challenge to get some extra practice. Is anyone interested in joining me?
