Today's Hopper Workout:
3 rounds for time of:
20 KB SDHP
3 (5 KB swings, 2 goblet squats)
10 rope pull-ups (sub for rope climb)
I used the 16 kg KB and got 10:59. The bell was supposed to be heavy - I could have done most of it with the 24 kg but would have had too much trouble with the goblet squats (and getting the bell upside-down!). It was a pretty fun workout. Also got a few handstands afterward and worked on dips (assisted) and wall squats.
Mike, by the way, was insane and decided to do the 40 kilo. It looked very hard!
