Challenge Workout: Murph

Today's Challenge Workout: Murph

For time:
Run 1 mile then:
100 pull-ups (1-band)
200 push-ups
300 squats
Then run 1 mile

My time: 58:00. Beat an hour! My first mile was 9:25, slower than anyone else, but the fastest mile I have ever run in my life. I broke up the pull-ups-push-ups-squats into sets of 5-10-15 , with a couple of 10-20-30 sets sprinkled in.

Mike did awesome! 45:55! And he wasn't even sure he was going to do the workout!

Now I'm going to spend the rest of the day on the couch, drinking tea and knitting slowly.
