Hopper Workout

Hopper Workout:

200 m farmer's walk (12 and 4 kg kettlebells)
100 m broad jump burpees
20 hang cleans 53#

It was supposed to be 3 rounds, but I only did 1, took me 12:48. Was the 6th workout day in a row, I needed a short one. I felt a tiny bit guilty cutting the workout short, but I know that it's important to know your limits and give your body time off. Tomorrow will be a rest day too. I am NOT getting this cold that's going around.

Everyone did a great job today pushing through. When I was done, I tried to cheer people on as they did the broad jump burpees. I'm feeling very inspired by how tough everyone was, physically and mentally.
