Hopper Workout

Today's hopper workout:

30 wall ball
50 walking lunges
21 hang cleans
20 wall ball
40 walking lunges
15 hang cleans
15 wall ball
30 walking lunges
9 hang cleans

Time: 19:15.  Focused on improving form on the cleans.  I don't have it yet but I think it's getting better.
