WOD: Cindy

Today's WOD: Cindy

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

5 pull ups (2-bands)
10 push-ups
15 squats

I did 12 rounds, down from 13 a month ago. Disappointing, but hopefully my form was a little better. I'll go to spinning tonight, low resistance to help my leg muscles recover from the squats and the wall ball last night.

BTW, Mike made a cool spreadsheet to calculate horsepower for the 12 days of Christmas lifting challenge.
