Fight Gone Bad

Today's Workout: Fight Gone Bad!

3 rounds of 1 minute each:

push press 53#
row
wall ball 14#
SDHP 53#
20" box jumps
rest

Score is total number of reps (and calories for rowing).  I got 152.  That's down from my score in September, but this time I did it as Rxd.  (In September, I did step-ups instead of box jumps, 10# wall ball, and I think 33# push press and SDHP).  So definitely progress.  It feels good to do a hard workout as Rxd, no cheating!  Now I just need to get that score up.
