Knitting Pics

I'll start out easy, with a washcloth I just finished. Good old ballband pattern. I can't make enough of these. I just love the texture, and they're easy without being boring.

Next up is a mistake rib scarf I made with Claudia's Hand Painted fingering weight merino in the colorway "boot camp", ordered from The Loopy Ewe and US size 3 needles. Beautiful, soft, yummy yarn. I loved working with it and will buy it again. Mike thinks the colors are kind of Suzanne Pleshette. It's actually a little darker than it turned out in this picture.

Finally, an impulse buy from Shuttles. Look how beautifully it matches my irises! It's going to become a new winter hat. The yarn is from Montana and I think it's called Mountain Colors.
